Responsibilities:

• Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and
• configuration of PCs/Workstations O.S., and related peripheral devices. The
• projects are long-term, large-scale mission critical projects in the field
• of biometrics, identity management and security control, such as National
• ID Card Systems, ePassport Systems, Immigration Control Systems, and Law
• enforcement Systems ? etc.
• The support engineer will provide 1st level on-site IT support to the
• end-users using web browser based applications.

Requirements:

• It is preferred that the candidate possess a Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma

• Knowledge of DB2, MS-SQL, MS-Acess and Crystal Reports
• Familiar with use case, UML tools, test Director, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project
• Effective documentations and communication
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
