Java developer (Spring framework exp.)

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in Java programming,
2. Experience in J2EE, Spring framework, Weblogic or equivalent
3. Complete at lease one software development cycle and familiar with software development methodology
4. Able to give short notice an advantage
5. Independent and good communication skills
