Experience / skill required as follows :
-Servlet/JSP,
-Multi-Thread Programming,
-Socket Programming,
-J2ME, J2SE, J2EE related experience
-XML Parsing
-EJB, RMI, IIOP
-Logging
-Java Security Policy
-GUI Programming( Swing, SWT, AWT, LCDUI)
-Database: JDBC, Object-Relational Mapping(Hibernate, JDO)
-At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experiences.

General Skills:
-Self-learning skill, new skill learning enthusiast
-Network Knowledge: UDP, TCP, Socket, HTTP/FTP/POP3/ SMTP, TLS/SSL,
-Network Infrastructure( Firewall, NAT, Gateway, Web Proxy, Socket5 Proxy)
-Design Pattern
-Refactoring
-Tools: debugging skill & tools, Software Configuration Management (SCM), IDE
-Development process concept: RUP, Extreme Programming
-Database administration, SQL
-Java Scripts, AJAX
-Web Services
