Urgent Opening for Lotus Notes Developers

Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent.
- Experienced in Lotus Domino (lotus server) and Lotus development
experience.
- Team lead calibre.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service environment
with strong customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of desktop OS and applications such as MS
Windows, MS Officeand Lotus Notes
- Some knowledge of Lotus Application Server,Linux and open source
will be an advantage
- Good understanding of business processes and knowledge of some
modules of SAP R/3 will be an advantage
- Proven people management skills with coaching and counselling
abilities, as well as a good level of spoken and written
communication ability.
- Ability to multi-task and deliver quality results and posses good
interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
- You will assist internal customers in defining the service levels
for operational support, and propose to IS management the support
plan, including processes, resources, costs and performance tracking.
- You will manage and develop the support team to meet the agreed
service levels.
- You will also have a hands-on role in providing some of the
support.
- You will ensure an efficient and effective workflow in the IS
processing area
- Your role will require you to solve customer challenges as well as
involve in training, coaching, mentoring and leading the team to
optimise customer satisfaction.
- You are expected to contribute to the efficient operations of the
service desk to ensure that best practices are adopted, including
managing policies, workflow operations and staff productivity.
- You will also perform helpdesk administration and call management
duties.
