- You should have a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
or Electronics Engineering with at least 7 years of relevant
experience. You
- Should possess strong knowledge in MS Exchange/Db Server, Oracle
RDBMS, Linux OS, .Net, Java and C/C++. Candidates with TOGAF are at
an advantage.
- It is good to have working understanding and experience with
Optimisation Techniques, MS CRM, MS SQL Server Reporting Services /
Analysis Services, SAP BW Analytics, J2ME, .NetCF, Mobile Internet,
LBS and IMS/SIP.
- You must have professional hands-on knowledge in systems
architecture and application development/ software engineering
methodology and am familiar with technology standards and protocols.
- You will charter the corporate service-oriented enterprise
solution (design and development) program and provide leadership to
the IS application development team in project management,
application architecture, data architecture, infrastructure and
security architecture, device integration, sizing and configuration.
- You will assume direct responsibility for managing and leading
solution and architecture design of enterprise and e-services
systems such as application development, business warehouse and
intelligence, workflow and messaging and system integration (such as
B2C and B2B)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

· Managing the project budget and project costs to ensure that the project is managed in accordance to customer expectations
· Delivering the project to customer requirements
· Reporting the project status and progress milestones
· Successfully completed IT projects in the various industries like banking, government and manufacturing
· Managing the expectations of key stakeholders of the projects like business sponsors, technical Project Manager, project lead and project team
· Liaising with vendors, 3rd parties and suppliers on their deliverables and contractual obligations
· Maintaining a commercial acumen to ensure that the financials and legal obligations can be fulfilled.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualification : Degree

Technical Skills:

· Certified IT Project Manager
· Minimum of 4 years of IT Project Management experience
· Full SDLC experience (minimum 3 cycles)
· Able to do tender and pre-sales support
· Able to travel in the Asia region
· Prefer from vendor environment (IBM, NCS, SCS, HP)
· 5-7 years of IT experience in managing large scale IT projects, possibly of project size of S$1M- S$5M
· Fully conversant with the IT Project Management methodologies, as well as to be able to manage client expectations

Interpersonal:

· Good teaming and communication skills
· Culturally sensitive to working in foreign countries
